Torre of Tuscany

Torre of Tuscany traces its origins to Atelier Torre, founded by Enzo Torre in 2007 in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany. After launching Profumi del Forte, Atelier Torre introduced Torre of Tuscany in 2011 as an Italian niche perfume and home-fragrance line at Florence’s Pitti Fragranze fair. Its public creative identity was organized around the Art Perfume concept, translating Tuscan scent memories and artisanal perfumery traditions into contemporary fragrance compositions and visual design. The collection has included personal fragrances, body fragrance waters, and home fragrances; by 2013, its personal-fragrance line comprised nine scents. Maria Candida Gentile and Arturetto Landi are documented as collaborating perfumers, with Gentile associated with Berkana and Savane’ Oud, and Landi with Dolce Narciso and Colonia Esperidea. Across the collection, Tuscan landscape and cultural references appear through floral-fruity, aquatic-musky, woody, green-floral, citrus-aromatic, chypre-leather, and oud-woody styles.
