Versens

Versens was a French company registered in Paris on 13 January 2004, with declared activities spanning cosmetics and perfumery, including product design, marketing, distribution, and sales. Its documented fragrance identity developed through Undergreen, a French natural-perfumery and niche-fragrance brand built around a contrast between classical perfumery and natural inspiration. Undergreen’s recorded releases date from 2011 to 2012, including Black and White in 2011 and Gold and Pink in 2012. Fabrice Olivieri is identified as the line’s perfumer, while its fragrances are also recorded as collaborations involving Olivieri and Cécile Zarokian. Pink Undergreen, launched in 2012 and credited to Zarokian, is a documented example of the collection’s fruit-floral-gourmand direction. The Versens company was marked deregistered in Paris on 13 December 2018; the available record does not establish an acquisition, sale, or successor owner.
