Via Paris Parfums

Via Paris Parfums was established in France on 11 February 1985 as a société anonyme, with declared activities in perfume and toiletry manufacturing. Its recorded business history also included perfume manufacturing and wholesale operations at Paris-area establishments between 1985 and 2009. The company entered judicial liquidation on 2 July 2009, and proceedings were finally closed in 2015. During the insolvency process, a court-ordered sale transferred various business assets, including 167 trademarks, to Arte Nova in January 2010. The brand’s documented fragrance identity is associated with the Laloa and Doline collections, with releases recorded from 2009 through 2015. Laloa, a floral fragrance launched in 2009, is the earliest dated fragrance associated with Via Paris Parfums in that record.
