Victory International (USA) LLC is a privately held fragrance business founded in 1997 and headquartered in Eatontown, New Jersey. The company designs, manufactures, markets and distributes fine-fragrance and beauty products through celebrity, designer and name-brand launches, with documented work involving XOXO, Fred Hayman Beverly Hills, Carlos Santana, Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, Cubano, Thrill, Elope and Amore Eterno. In August 2003, Victory acquired the Fred Hayman fragrance business and assumed responsibility for marketing, manufacturing, sales and distribution of its collection, including 273, Hollywood and Touch. On January 6, 2005, it sold certain cosmetics-and-fragrance business assets to Parlux Fragrances, including inventory, know-how and trademark-license rights. In 2022, Victory entered a licensing partnership with Church & Dwight, the parent company of Trojan, to create and launch Trojan fragrances. Amore Eterno was Victory’s flagship product and was sold through the prestige sector.
