Victory Intl
Founded in 1997, Victory International is a New Jersey fragrance business focused on designing, manufacturing, marketing, and distributing fine-fragrance and beauty products. Its business model is built around licensed fragrance development for celebrity, designer, and name brands, with launches including XOXO, Fred Hayman Beverly Hills, Carlos Santana, Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, Cubano, Thrill, Elope, Amore Eterno, and Trojan Fragrances. In August 2003, the company took responsibility for marketing, manufacturing, sales, and distribution of the Fred Hayman fragrance collection, including 273, Hollywood, and Touch. In January 2005, it agreed to sell certain cosmetics and fragrance manufacturing and marketing assets to Parlux; contemporary coverage also reported Parlux’s acquisition of exclusive worldwide licensing rights for XOXO, with a relaunch planned that February. Victory later partnered with Church & Dwight on Trojan fragrances, announcing three fragrances in February 2022 for a younger audience. The company currently presents itself as privately owned and describes Trojan Fragrances as its most recent launch. Trade coverage has described Amore Eterno as Victory International’s flagship product for the prestige sector.
