Viktoria Minya

Viktoria Minya founded her eponymous perfume company, Parfums Viktoria Minya, in 2011 after working for perfume-creation companies. She studied fragrance formulation at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery and developed her career in the Grasse perfume industry before creating her own house. The brand presents her as an independent artist whose fragrances are guided by personal inspiration and emotions, and she continues to formulate them in an atelier in Hungary. Its first fragrance, Hedonist, launched in 2013; Minya later described the scent’s success as the event that brought her an international reputation, and it received “Perfume of the Year” awards. Hedonist also became the basis for a broader fragrance concept, including the 2019 Absolute line, which Minya described as distinct from the original. Hedonist Absolute was darker, smokier, and more mysterious than the original launch.
