Its 2026 presentation identifies Storm as the house’s debut fragrance, released within the Tempest collection, and organizes its creative identity around Tempest, Horizon and Velvet. The current website identifies Jan and Rose Perfumes Industry L.L.C. as Vizzari Collection’s owner and lists an address in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The name also belongs to a separate older Roberto Vizzari identity documented by Parfums Parour: its first fragrance, Parfum d’Or, launched in 1986, and its men’s Eau de Toilette line was credited with establishing its early recognition. That 1986 milestone belongs to the Roberto Vizzari/Parfums Parour identity, not the current Vizzari Collection.
