Watt Else

Watt Else is documented as a fragrance line launched by Cofinluxe, the French fragrance manufacturer founded by Jean-Pierre Grivory in 1976. Grivory built the company around an export-focused strategy, introducing its products in France ten years after its founding. A 2014 industry profile described Cofinluxe’s identity as a connection between art and fragrance, expressed through lifestyle and concept brands including Watt, alongside licensed fragrance lines. Création Beauté International records the acquisition of the Watt fragrance brand, while current fragrance references list it as Cofinluxe’s parent company. Watt Else for Women and Watt Else for Men were both catalogued in 2012, with Jean Jacques credited for the women’s version and Raphaël Haury for the men’s.
