Woman by Earn is a Dutch fashion label founded by designer Erna Mostert, who says she began the business in 2010 with a collection of ten articles and soon received its first order. Based in Groningen, the brand takes its name from “Woman” and Mostert’s familiar name, “Earn,” and centers its work on the individual woman. Its stated philosophy—pure, honest, stylish and unique—guides a recognizable design signature, with designs created in the Netherlands. Over more than a decade, the label has developed around simplicity, craftsmanship, pure materials and a capsule-wardrobe concept, while Mostert’s vision and way of seeing are reflected in each garment. Erna Mostert is identified as the brand’s founder, owner and designer. Its fragrance, Scent, grew from Mostert’s passion for fragrance and moves from a fresh, citrus opening toward woods, incense and musk.
