Fragrance house
Ybry Paris
Ybry Paris was established by Simon Jaroslawski at 6 rue Ybry in Neuilly, Seine, in 1925. Jaroslawski presented its fragrances as objects comparable to fine jewelry, and historical flacons were made in collaboration with Baccarat and Lalique. The brand went into liquidation in 1932, while fragrance production under the Ybry name continued in the United States until the 1940s after French operations ceased during the Great Depression. A modern revival, initiated by Habib Al-Sowaidi, reworked the historical brand for a contemporary context rather than reconstructing it literally. Ybry Paris relaunched at the TFWA 2025 exhibition in Cannes, presenting a new seven-fragrance collection to the professional community. Each composition in that collection is associated with a gemstone, while its geometric forms recall Art Deco.
