Ynepsie

Ynepsie emerged publicly in 2022 as a fragrance project of Marseille-based Parfums Corania, the perfume company founded in 1934 by Fernand Cohen and passed through his sons Jean-Luc and Bernard to the third generation, Laurent Cohen. Its identity is built around presenting niche perfumery through an online-first model, with perfumers foregrounded over celebrity- or model-led marketing. The launch collection comprised 12 fragrances, presented as an accessible, non-elitist interpretation of niche perfumery. Irène Farmachidi and Bertrand Duchaufour were publicly associated with the launch and creative direction, with broad freedom over the initial fragrances. Ynepsie’s current public identity emphasizes refillable perfume formats, vegan positioning, recyclable packaging, and French origin claims.
