Fragrance house

YS Uzac

YS-UZAC was founded in Switzerland in September 2009 by Vincent Micotti and Vera Yeoh. Its first fragrance appeared in autumn 2011, and the house developed an artistic approach to perfumery built around individual, distinctive fragrances, rare ingredients, and new olfactory families. Micotti is the in-house perfumer and primary creative voice, while Yeoh handled design in the brand’s early work. The early Chronochromie collection and the Beloved collection, presented in 2013, joined fragrance composition with music-informed design. Also in 2013, Micotti created Sacre du Printemps, connected to Igor Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring. In 2017, the Fondation Beyeler commissioned Micotti to create a scented memory of Paul Klee for its 20th-anniversary exhibition; Lights and Shadows—Hommage à Paul Klee was composed as the exhibition’s concluding work. Pohadka, a tobacco-centered composition treated with unusual lightness, is cited as one of the house’s modern classics. As of 2026, the official site presents Horai/Sailing Across as a new creation alongside Artist, Cubist, Oud, and 8DS directions.
