YZY

Founded in 1986 by Yehuda Shechter, YZY Fragrances began producing owned products in 1993 under the name Byou Tfull. In 1999, it partnered with French perfumer Ghaleb Harb on Insurrection, an early creative collaboration that shaped one of its fragrance brands. Between 2010 and 2016, the company added Ella James, Territoire, Acqua Di Parisi, and Have-A-Scent to its portfolio. In 2019, Joseph and Mordi Bouskila took over third-generation leadership during a transition from a traditional family company to a contemporary perfumery house with a global outlook. YZY launched the R2B2 line in 2021 and Territoire Femme in 2024. Today, it operates as a portfolio-based fragrance company that creates, manufactures, and distributes multiple fragrance brands, drawing on French fragrance expertise and working primarily with retail and distribution partners. The Territoire collection is one of YZY’s core fragrance brands, and Territoire Femme expanded one of the company’s most successful lines. In May 2026, Boyne Capital became YZY’s majority owner through an affiliate investment while continuing to partner with management.
