Zielinski & Rozen

Zielinski & Rozen is a niche perfume brand founded in the streets of Old Jaffa, with family roots reaching back to 1905, when Erez Rozen’s great-grandfather, Abraham Zielinski, worked as a perfumer or perfume pharmacist in Poland. In 1996, at age 22, Erez found a notebook containing some of his ancestor’s formulas; it became the starting point for his own perfumery journey. Erez and Lea Rozen founded the brand together, combining Erez’s work as its creative figure and sole perfumer with Lea’s business partnership. The name itself joins Erez’s mother’s maiden name, Zielinski, with his father’s surname, Rozen. Its creative identity emphasizes individuality, emotional memory, personal association, and fragrances worn without gendered categories, expressed through hand-signed labels and an apothecary-inspired presentation. The brand has also collaborated with cultural institutions including the Vienna State Opera, Teatro alla Scala, and the POLIN Museum. Its documented fragrance legacy includes Black Pepper, Vetiver, Neroli, Amber, identified as a best seller and sought-after cult fragrance.
