Zimmer Parfums is an Australian-owned boutique parfum house based in Wollongong, New South Wales, co-founded by Adam Zimmer and Natalia Gomez. Its origins developed from Adam Zimmer’s interest in niche fragrance and sampling, with Alchemy and Strange Paradise cited as ideas that helped inspire the business; Gomez worked alongside him on sales and creative direction. The house creates fragrances intended to be shared and to blur conventional distinctions between masculine and feminine scent. Their names and stories draw on the founders’ personalities, memories, and feelings, while the scents are vegan and cruelty-free and use consciously and ethically sourced ingredients.
